Out West Louis Vuitton Monogram Neverfull MM comes comes with braid work along top rim. The side cinches are removed and replaced with braided straps and a leather cinch. The original shoulder straps are removed and replaced with 6 strand braided straps which are more comfortable and less likely to slip off the shoulder and then the blood knot fringe is woven onto the bag below the straps. Fringe extends a few inches below the bottom of the bag.
Note: The inside pocket linings of a lot of the Louis Vuitton Neverfull totes do tend to peel but this does not affect the function.
